STANDARD HARDWARE AND FEATURES

ENERGY: 220 VAC 50/60 Hz, optional 110 VAC.

DRIVE: When the authorization signal is received, the DC motor is activated, and the wings open extremely silently. The mechanism, which detects the passage of a person using photocells mounted on the body, will never close the wings if there is any living or non-living object between them before the passage is completed. Even if the system is tricked into closing, the wings move with such minimal force that they will not harm the person. Furthermore, thanks to the eccentric movement system, the wings cannot be opened manually when fully closed.
MECHANISM: The DC motor, microprocessor-controlled, extremely quiet and friction-free eccentric mechanism is located inside the chassis. Inductive sensors on the mechanism allow for easy information about the wing position. The newly designed mechanism operates with incredible silence, ensuring trouble-free operation for many years.
EMERGENCY: The turnstile main board includes an emergency contact input, which can be connected to emergency systems such as fire and earthquake. This means that when the emergency contact is reached, the indicators will turn green, and the turnstile will enter a free passage mode in both directions. INDICATORS: LED indicators, positioned flush with the surface of the top plate and placed beneath semi-transparent smoked glass, provide information about the turnstile's ON/OFF status. When an authorization signal is received, a green arrow indicates that passage is permitted. During periods without an authorization signal, a red X indicates that passage is prohibited.

CASE: ASI 304 quality stainless steel main columns, intermediate columns, and the top cover, as well as the side covers, are manufactured as standard from 5 mm black Plexiglas. These can be modified upon customer request.

OPTIONAL HARDWARE AND FEATURES

POWER CUT: An optional external power supply circuit can be connected, so that when there is a power outage, the turnstile wings automatically open.
REMOTE CONTROL: An external remote control can be easily controlled, and the receiver unit can be easily connected to the main board inside the turnstile.
POLYCARBONATE WING: At least 5 times more resistant to breakage thanks to the bulletproof 10 mm transparent polycarbonate wing.
TEMPERED GLASS WING: 10 mm tempered glass wings can be produced upon customer request.
3 COLOR STRIP LED LIGHT: With 3 colored strip LEDs, red, green, blue, placed inside the body, the transparent turnstile wing is softly illuminated with phosphorescent or fixed light depending on the user's request. This option adds a stylish look to the transparent wing of the turnstile and makes it more visible and easily noticeable.
LASER LOGO EMBROIDERED WING: Laser engraving logo or text can be engraved on the surface of the Plexiglas wing upon user request, thus the transparent Plexiglas wing becomes easily noticeable, in addition to the logo or text engraving, when 3-color strip LED is applied, the engravings and the wing gain a much more distinct and stylish appearance.
TOP PLATE: It can be produced with multiple color and pattern options as special ellipse cut Granite & marble.
PROTECTIVE CASE: A protective case can also be specially produced on the top plate, which is produced to prevent scratches and possible liquid contact in outdoor and indoor environments.
READER GLASS: Ellipse or laser cut Plexiglas reader glass in different shapes and sizes can be placed on the top plate, and this glass can be produced as zero or optionally protruding on the surface.
CONTROL: Passage trigger can work directly with PC control with 12 VDC, 24 VDC, RS 232 -RS 442-485, 256 turnstiles can be controlled with a single PC. If desired, it can be used with all access control units and other peripherals. There is a data output in the passed direction, this output can be a digital output or it can be sent directly to the PC when controlled with a PC.

COLORING: With a wide range of colors, all our models can be colored with electrostatic oven paint upon customer request.
